We use a pure water system to clean the exteriors of the windows - this is a filtration system that removes all the mineral deposits from the water. We give the windows a pre-scrub with a mild detergent, then a thorough scrub with a stiff bristled brush to agitate all the dirt and grime, we then finish off with a final rinse with the pure water to wash away all impurities. This leaves the windows, frames and sills with only pure water on them which dries clear, leaving no residue or marks.

On the exterior we clean all around the windows including the frames and sills as well as any cobwebs.

On the insides we use a mild detergent and scrubber to clean the glass, this is then squeegeed off and the edges/drips dried up with a towel. We also give the frames and sills a wipe down.

Window cleaning prices vary from house to house. Factors include how long it’s been since your previous (if any) window clean, how many windows you have, and the types and sizes of your windows. We may be able to give you an indication on price over the phone based on some key questions, however to receive a no obligation free quote  we will need to send a Ninja to your home.

It’s all down to personal preference, some people really enjoy clean windows and have them cleaned every month, some every six weeks, however we recommend at a minimum quarterly. Sometimes just having the outsides done regularly keeps your windows looking good! We are happy to work with you and tailor a solution to meet your needs.

We can clean inside, outside or both, whichever you prefer. If you only want or need certain windows cleaned then please advise our Ninja during the quote. Our Ninjas are trained to work carefully and safely on the interior of your home. That means your furnishings, floors and window treatments will be left just the way we found them.

All of our products are home-safe and biodegradable. We do not use any ammonia or alcohol-based solutions that could affect fabrics or flooring.

Window cleaning is a year round service! We clean in cold, as well as hot and humid weather. We’re also able to clean on rainy days as long as it’s not blowing, driving rain. A light rain will not affect our Ninjas or your windows. Remember, it is not the rain that spots the windows, but a driving rain hitting a dirty window!

Rain water is relatively pure so it doesn't affect the quality of the clean but If the weather is stormy with high winds we usually take the day off. We also offer a "Rain Guarantee". If we've cleaned your windows whilst it was raining and you feel that the finish is substandard we will happily return, free of charge once the weather settles!

We clean Residential, Commercial, Shop fronts, Restaurants, Industrial, Schools/Colleges and Government building windows - inside and out. We can access just about any windows from ground floor up to 3 storeys high. 

We aim to go above and beyond your expectations on every job we do. If you are not 100% satisfied, please bring it to the attention of the Ninja while they are there, and they will be happy to do whatever it takes (within reason) to remedy the job.
